Welcome to the Witts Getaway Hot Tub Farmhouse , your modern home away from home! This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is designed to accommodate 12 guests comfortably. Featuring dual master bedrooms and a spacious, fenced backyard with all the necessities for outdoor cooking, this is the perfect place to relax and have fun with your entire family. It is conveniently located 1 mile from Boat Ramp 2 in Turkey Cove. It’s only 15 minutes from the north side Marina and many popular local parks, including Comal Park. On top of it all, it’s pet-friendly!

The family bedroom is the perfect space for a family with small children. Consisting of a queen and a full-size bunk bed with a twin size mattress on the top, this room has the capacity to sleep 5 easily. This space has an additional room containing a sitting area with a pullout couch that sleeps 2 people. It also has a desk and a bathroom providing a little extra privacy for parents caring for little ones or a guest who has to get some work done.

The first guest bedroom contains a second full size bunk bed with a twin size mattress on the top with the capacity for 3 guests sharing a full bath with the other guest bedroom. It has a flat screen TV, making it the perfect accommodation for children or teens.

The second guest bedroom features a larger living space sleeping 2 in a queen size bed. It also has a flat screen TV and shares the full bathroom with the other guest bedroom. This room is great for couples with a large enough area to accommodate a Pack ‘n Play for a young child.

The master suite has a king size bed allowing 2 guests to sleep cozy and snug and a master bathroom with added luxury of a jetted tub and separate shower for optimum relaxation and privacy. Also, closet space is provided to tuck away packed items. This room also has direct access to the outside patio to enjoy the breeze and relax in the hot tub!

The heart of the home is the open concept kitchen, dining and living room. This area makes it ideal for entertaining and feeding large groups of family or friends. A fully stocked kitchen and a large sectional makes this space perfect for gatherings with entertainment in mind. It is spacious enough for game night and comfortable enough to curl up to watch TV or nap on a rainy day.

The pet friendly backyard is a fantastic entertainment space featuring a patio with a full outdoor kitchen and propane BBQ for grilling. It has multiple seating areas with a flat screen TV. This space has something for any time of the day - play a game with your kids in the yard or sip a cocktail before a soak in your hot tub! The area provides the perfect accommodation for your stay in Texas Hill Country.

Located on the south side of Canyon Lake, TX in Startzville, close to Boat Ramp #2 and very close to popular Comal Park. You are only a 10 minute drive to the Guadalupe River, and conveniently located close to tourist attractions such as Schlitterbahn, Natural Bridge Caverns, the Alamo, Six Flags/SeaWorld and the San Marcos outlets!

Parking is located outside the gated area and there's plenty of space to bring your boat! Quiet neighborhood street located near Startzville, which offers all conveniences you need.

Pet deposit is $50 per pet, and up to 3 pets are allowed.
