"Everything perfect."

"The staff were all exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the pool area. The adults only pool area hot tub had dead bugs floating in it and so many leaves in the main pool. I would think charging what you charge you would have a full time maintenance/ groundskeeper skimming the pool and hot tubs a couple times a day. "

"The room was OK… The floors were swept but not clean what I mean by that is I wore socks and they were filthy. The shower had mold in the corners, so although the room looked clean, it was far from being clean. Also, I had an incident where several things were left in the room electronic charging cable plugged and serval other things. When I called the front desk 4 hour after I left, they said that the general manager was out and that they would have to call tomorrow when he was back in. They said nothing was turned in. I know that it was my fault, but you would think there would be honest people out there. "

"Hotel room stunk like a wet dog and cheap cologne. I purposely booked a gotel in that area with an indoor heated pool.. hesting for pool did not work.. neither did the hot tub."

"Stone Oak Hideaway was such a great find. The home was thoughtfully set up, spotless, and genuinely comfortable. It felt easy to settle in right away. The layout worked perfectly for our stay, and everything we needed was already there without feeling cluttered or overdone. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, while still being close to everything. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, which made the whole experience stress-free. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation."
