Relaxing family holiday

Lovely rustic accomodation with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts friendly and welcoming, location beautiful and perfect for exploring Tuscany.

L'environnement et la piscine sont les seules choses positives Le logement est tout petit avec aucun confort Les lit horribles salle de bain si on peut appeler ça une salle de bain Les WC sont dans la douche une horreur !!!! Il ne correspond pas du tout à l'annonce Aucun élément de cuisine ni d'électroménager Nous sommes partis au bout de 2 jours Honteux vu le prix !!!!!!

Katastrophe

Wir waren als Familie da. Als erstes beim Check in, ist nicht der Vermieter sondern seine Mutter viel zu verspätet erschienen. Es war sehr schwierig sich mit ihr zu verständigen da sie Kein Englisch sprechen konnte, nur Französisch und Italienisch. Draußen war alles dreckig und es lag Müll auf dem Boden. Die Zimmer die wir gemietet haben waren sehr schmutzig, es gab kein Klopapier,keine Seife, die Glühbirne im Kühlschrank war kaputt, im Ofen lagen noch verschimmelte Essens Reste die nicht entfernt wurden !. Die Toilette im Badezimmer stand quasi in der Dusche, es hat sehr stark nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen, der Wasserhahn in der Küche war kaputt,es gab kein warmes Wasser, und das Bett hat gequietscht. Außerdem hat sich der Vermieter nur ein einziges Mal gezeigt. Und am Ende beim Checkout ist keiner erschienen. So eine schlechte Erfahrung haben wir wirklich noch nie gemacht. Sehr enttäuschend !

Heerlijk verblijf met fantastisch terras

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in appartement Il Noce. Het heerlijke terras, zwembad en het fijne contact met Michele en zijn lieve moeder maakten het compleet. Alle basis dingen in het appartement waren aanwezig. We hebben genoten.

Klein maar fijn met groot zwembad

Het inchecken was onduidelijk omdat er niemand aanwezig was en er niet vooraf aangegeven was dat je een nummer moest bellen. Verder alles oké.

...obwohl der freundliche Vermieter sein Bestes gegeben hat, sind wir über den Gesamtzustand des Hauses, der Küche, des fehlenden Bades !!! (WC und Dusche in einem kleinsten Raum ohne Fenster) enttäuscht und können leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen

Nous avons apprécié la belle bâtisse même si nous n'avons pas eu le meilleur logement ! (nous étions quatre, la chambre pour les 2 enfants était toute petite et les araignées nombreuses ). L'accueil était agréable et la piscine a été appréciée ainsi que le calme de l'endroit.

Beau séjour au coeur de la campagne Toscane entre Pise et Florence.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Stefano et de sa famille. L'appartement se trouve dans la campagne au milieu d'une Oliveraie et au rdc d'une vielle ferme avec un minimum de confort mais cela nous plaisait bien. Nous avons profité de la piscine et de la pergola pour dîner à proximité de cette dernière (immense barbecue à disposition pour faire griller des T-bone par exemple :-) . Le seul petit hic ce sont les moustiques qui cette année sont partout cause des pluies du printemps et du début de l'été. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller visiter les plus beaux villages de Toscane, Pise, Florence et Sienne et profitez des plages proximité de Pise. Nous adorons la Toscane et reviendrons avec plaisir au cœur de la campagne pour profiter des paysages écouter les cigales et profiter d'un ciel très pur pour contempler les étoiles.

Grear place to stay

Great pool. Stefano and Michele made our stay perfect and the food in the restaurant was out of this world. Outdoor eating place great, as well as play area. The accommodation suited our needs more than adequately. The place is so central for getting around Tuscany.
