FIRST FLOOR: 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning and a bathroom with the shower enclosure and there is the fan in the lounge/kitchen. 1st bedroom with an antique wrought-iron bedstead bed. 2nd bedroom has twin beds that can be joined to make a double bed if required. 3rd bedroom is a single room. The original structure of the building has been preserved it still retains comfortable period furnishings and every modern convenience has been provided. The farmhouse is situated on a hill with olive groves and scenic views over Lucca. Large outdoor area of 5000 sqm (completely fenced in with a gate) with a swimming-pool (12.60m X 5.40m, depth min. 1.10m max 2.20m) for exclusive use. Dog friendly.
