There is plenty of space for you and your traveling companions to enjoy both the inside and outside of this home.

Living Room: The spacious living room is bright and gives panoramic views of the lanai, pool and canal. Make yourself comfortable and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV on the plush sectional sofa. If you're looking for a quiet place to read or catch up on your favorite shows, the family room located off the living room is perfect, offering another flat-screen TV. The family room also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Do you enjoy making yummy treats for you, your family, and your loved ones? Villa Evelyn's Palms has a gorgeous kitchen with recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you might need to produce your own culinary creations. This fantastic space offers direct access to the dining area and the living room. An integrated breakfast bar with additional seating is excellent for brunch or a quick bite. Right next to the kitchen is also a convenient breakfast nook with seating for up to four. It is decorated with pops of calming colors, features a flat-screen TV, a King-sized adjustable bed, and a seating area near the large glass sliders with an idyllic view of the pool and canal. It also features a beautiful en-suite, sporting his and hers vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a spa-like soaking tub.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The first guest room offers a cozy Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the lanai through the large glass sliders. The second guest bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and large closets perfect for your wardrobe and shopping treasures! In addition, they share the second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity. This bathroom doubles as the pool bath with direct access to the large pool.

Pool/Lanai: Enjoy your company on the lanai, which offers multiple seating areas for gatherings where you can relish relaxed conversation and a cocktail. Better yet, have dinner poolside with the provided propane gas grill and dining area that seats up to six people. Go for a swim in the beautiful electric heated pool with updated pool tile and finish, or enjoy sunbathing in the beautiful Florida heat on the lounge chairs available.
