Overbooked vacation house
30 minutes before my family arrived,we received a message that the property was double booked. Our reservation was cancelled at 11:02 pm . We has to find and PAY for a hotel . We finally found a hotel that would allow us to check in at 0230 in the morning. This cost an additional 1200.00 . A poor poor experience.

Host would not respond-could not check in
Multiple messages were sent to the host to verify the reservation after booking and to request Check in instructions. The host never responded to messages, calls or texts from us or VRBO customer service. We were unable to access the property day of check in due to no response from the host. Thankfully VRBO customer service was amazing to work with and they provided a resolution for us but we still had to scramble the day of our trip to find a place to stay. Would not recommend booking with this host.
