Quick get away

We decided last minute to take a trip to Florida and get out of the cold back home. Our boys 6 & 4 wanted to go swimming! The pool was perfect for them and they had a great time. I loved having a bathroom right off the pool that they could use vs going through the whole house wet to use the restroom! Great location! How was just redone and looks great!

The house was in a great location for boating

The house was in good shape the exception of a few items but none of them caused any problems. Air-conditioning worked great. Dock/seawall will could use a little repair but was fine. Management company was easy to deal with. We would rent again next time we're in Cape Coral.

Great little spot for a quick get away!

This was a great little spot for a quick get away. The washing machine and dryer did not work properly during the stay which was a bummer. There were a couple screens broke on the lanai upon arrival but communication w property manager was great and she delivered more clean towels the second day. We had a nice time and think this is a great little spot for a somewhat last minute trip away! Great location w easy to get to sanibel island and fort meyers beach. Our kids loved the pool and so did we!

Perfect Home Away from Home!

This was just what we needed for our week vacation. We loved having a pool and hot tub all to ourselves and the beds were super comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for 2 couples

House was perfect for 2 couples. Outdoor area was where we spent 99% of our time. The large doors that opened allowed for a great breeze through the middle of the house keeping it cool on hot days. Only downside was no dish towels to do dishes but there were plenty of pool towels and bath towels.

Our mid-Jan thru Feb 2021 stay at Villa Sea Glass Cottage

The vacation stay worked ok for us, but I thought the home and lanai could have been better checked out for issues prior to our arrival, especially for the price of the rental of the cottage. Issues such as front door and outside lanai screen repair/replacement of multiple sections, kitchen faucet issues, pool heating, outside fan issue (never worked), master bathroom sink stopper was missing and never got replaced. The lanai fan was not needed in January but would have been delightful in February when the weather got warmer, but even after my requests, it was not repaired. The kitchen faucet was repaired. The pool heater was adjusted after about 1 week or 2 and was delightful after the adjustment, but I was told the fan and stopper issue would be attended to, but neither happened, and when we left some lanai screen sections still needed repair.

Very clean and comfortable

We had a great stay at the house. We loved having the pool in the backyard, as well as having a grill and kitchen to use. The only thing that disappointed us was that the hot tub continuously drained its water. Otherwise, we were very happy with the rental!

Sea Glass Cottage

It is not a brand new Villa. It's a fixed up house. But it was clean and it has nice furnishings. New appliances are nice. It has hurricane shutters which were nice for privacy. It was furnished with enough paper products to get us by for 1 day. The pool and heated hot tub were very nice. Especially considering Florida had unseasonably low temperatures for half of our stay. We happened to find the pool covers in the garage so we put those on to help keep the water warm. They need replaced. I am afraid to get the electric bill tho.

Best adult vacation

We absolutely loved the home we loved the neighborhood and can’t wait to come back maybe one day stay there. Southern Florida is just gorgeous.
