The neighborhood quite and friendly with with 4 parks with playground less than 5 miles away. Looking to fish or just enjoy the local outdoor out on the water there is an gulf access boat ramp less the 5 miles away as well.

Our Stay
First, the home overall is beautiful and spacious. The location of this home is great, it's on the outskirts of Cape Coral, and it's a quick and easy ride to get to where you are wanting to go. Now the negative. Whomever does the cleaning service for the property does not do the job that they should. All the linens were dirty. Still on the beds, we had to remove all sheets and blankets and clean them. In the master bedroom, the comforter had a semen spot from the previous tenant along with curly hairs all in the bed. There was dried food left on the kitchen counter and a sopping wet blanket left in the dryer. Additionally, there is not enough wash cloths and towels in the house. We had to go and buy our own hand soaps for the bathrooms and overall the floors were dusty. There are no rugs in front of the showers and bathtubs, which are a slipping hazard for when getting out of the tub and shower Just to add, I contacted the owner about the linens and he was very responsive and apologetic. He did refund us $50 for our stay, and stated that he will get these issues addressed with his cleaning service. If these issues are fixed, this rental would be a 5 star rating
