Very pleased, excellent location and excellent facility!!
Everything was exactly as represented. Very clean, recently remodeled and everything you would need as if it was your own residence. We had our Grandkids over and even had Christmas gift exchange here. Very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. Facility mgr, Ralf was there if we needed him but really didnt need anything. If you're on the fence, just do it!@

Wonderful experience!!
It was a wonderful experience. Ralf is very helpful and communicative. The place size was perfect for just two and would be perfect for four as well. It’s very private feeling even though there are other condos (townhouses?) attached. There is a Publix nearby as well. Southwest Florida is amazing!! We didn’t want to leave.

Super cute place to call your home away from home. It had just about everything you would need for a beach vacation. Sand chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a rubber spatula to scopp out the blender

It was a great place to stay while traveling around this part of Florida. Very close to Fort Meyers and Sanibel Island, with a lot of things to do in the area. House was kept very clean, and would definitely recommend to anyone traviling through Cape Coral.

What a great condo!! Only thing that would have been better is to have a table and chairs in the lanai so we could have had our morning breakfast / lunch / supper. Everything else was great!! Would book again!

Great little condo! Very clean and accommodating. Looked like the pictures in the listing. Great location. A lot of restaurants within walking distance (5-10 minute walk - we rented bikes from Fun ‘N Sun Rentals - highly recommend) and were able to ride to restaurants/bars and the grocery store.
