Sorry Animals (dogs) must be well behaved and leashed, not let out for extended periods of time, no constant barking or anything that disturbs the quiet neighborhood.
Dogs cannot be left outside on any kind of tie out or leash. Any and all animal waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. (trash can)
Cats must be kept in at all times.
Pet deposit $500-$800 depending on amount of pets. Refundable after home is inspected after guests leave.
Exterior premises must be kept free of toys, bikes, trash, etc. as to not impede landscaper, pool service people or to be an eyesore in the neighborhood.
No vehicles parked on the lawn at any time.
No persons other than those listed on the lease/rental agreement are to live at the home.
All exterior areas of the home are to kept as the same day of move in.
Sub-letting is not permitted
