Nestled in a tropical setting, the expansive floor plan with it's glass walls in the main living area combine the beauty of a tropical waterfront location with the comfort of the open relaxed living space. The home features a very large lanai with 2 dining tables for 10 people and a lovely seating area outside the master bedroom.

While the house has a very open floor plan, it affords privacy for all, comfortably sleeping 8. If one group chooses to watch a Netflix movie on the 60 inch TV in the family room, another group can converse or read on the other side of the home or on the spacious lanai.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master suite features a king bed, TV and a HUGE master bath with walk in shower and soaking tub. The 2 guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home from the master. One features a king bed with a TV and sliding glass doors for a private entrance to the lanai. This bedroom is just adjacent to a walk in shower and bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV and an attached third bathroom. There is also the opportunity to sleep 2 people on the queen sleeper in the family room.

This was constructed with the ADA in mind and is handicap accessible.

The wide canal will accommodate large boats and is only 5 minutes to the Calusahatchee River which connects you to the Gulf of Mexico . The exterior landscape features diverse plantings such as turkey figs and citrus. Additional privacy and boat maneuverability is created by being located at intersecting canals.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, elegantly appointed and furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation: linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

Fabulous house in lovely
This house has everything you need and more. Lovely comfortable furnishings and lots of little extras you don’t always get in rental properties. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bed linen. The pool area is great as is the view of the canal. We loved sitting at the waters edge under the little tiki hut. In a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend.

Great stay, great location.
Home was very comfortable and true to the listing photos. Enjoyed the proximity to Rotary Park and Westin complex. Found pickleball courts not too far away. Enjoyed coffee on the dock...a couple More stools would be nice. Pool was warm but we did find the cover awkward due to the pool shape. All in all a very pleasant stay.

PERFECT SURPRISE
I have nothing to give other then praises except traffic is horrendous! Make sure you give yourself plenty of time. The house has everything one could need. Location is exceptional! The living quarters impeccable! The pool was a bonus. Will be looking forward to staying here again.

Fantastic Spring Break Trip
We stayed at this villa for a week during our kids' spring break, and had one of the best family vacations we've ever had. The villa was clean, spacious, and well maintained. We had a great time swimming in the heated pool, and my son and I fished off the dock every morning. The location is also fantastic too, with quick access to restaurants, groceries, ice cream shops and a cool city park with a large nature preserve. We will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful and Relaxing Getaway in a Beautiful Home
We stayed for the entire month of January 2022 and this home was absolutely wonderful. We stayed after the hurricane and initially wasn’t sure how the property and area was, but we were so pleased that the property was in absolutely perfect condition. The quality of the home was excellent, and outdoor patio area spacious and relaxing for hanging with friends and family, and the dock was wonderful to dock a 26 foot deck boat we rented. Would encourage anyone to stay here, and host was great as well.

Annual Family Vacation
We spent 2 weeks at this property and had a wonderful time! Lots of room for everybody. Bedrooms were roomy and with three bedrooms and three baths, everyone had their privacy. It was nice to have a lot of towels as well as beach towels for everyone. Location was close to everything we wanted to see. The house was very clean and it was nice to have cleaning supplies to use during the two weeks. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the wonderful family memories!

Overall was pretty good. Couple downfalls grill didn't work the best kept going out and only one burner worked. Other things were very little dishes in the house. No can openers, very little bowls, that kind of stuff. Good location and loved the kayaks and the outside.

Spook nice!
As soon as you walk in you see the dock and beautiful view! The dock is amazing!!! It had everything you need for entertainment, cooking, or just relaxing! Perfect for kids! Sue was extremely responsive to everything we asked about the property! Even had beach gear for our days at the beach! The kayaks were a HIT! The pool was a HIT! We didn't get on the bikes...a little too much exercise for a vacation in our opinion! :) ! But they looked nice!!! We were extremely concerned when we thought they didnt have an ice cream scoop but have no fear...that was there too! Whew! :) if you are looking for a place to just relax and play with your family, BOOK NOW! So worth it!!!

Nice House!
Loved the house and the pool! It was close in proximity to the Cape Coral yacht club, which is a perfect little beach for a family outing. Also a short drive away from Fort Meyer beach. Overall satisfied. Couple of things that could be better: floor was not so clean. The bottoms of our feet were black from walking on the floor inside. Listing needs to be updated with the amenities. We had rented some baby stuff from a local business, but came to find out the house had a pack and play and high chair. That would have been nice to save a few bucks. We tried to email Sue Larson to find out what things were available, but she had not responded to us. That was a little disappointing.

Ideally located and super clean
This quickly became our favorite vacation rental yet. It would be hard to accept anything less than what this house has to offer. I'm going to start with the negatives first because they are so minor you will quickly forget them. First, no cable. This was not a big deal for us since the weather was perfect the whole time we were there so watching tv on a rainy day was not an issue. Still, I kinda missed my cooking and decorating shows. Second complaint were the "George Jetson" stools around the island. They are really used although they don't look it. I kept sliding off. The seawall was destroyed in the hurricane so having a boat was not possible for us. We're seniors and getting on and off a smaller boat without a boat lift and a lower seawall made it too difficult. That's it for the bad. The location is so perfect, on a wide canal with great boat traffic to keep us entertained. As to my prior comment about having a boat, you could tie one up to the piers but you would need bumpers and it would really narrow the canal. Because of the house location you can easily go to one of the nearby harbors and rent a boat from there. We did and had a great time. The pool is a perfect size for idling on a float or, if you have small children, shallow enough for safety. Lots of pool toys for the kiddies. Loved the choice of two tables on the pool deck - one by the water and one under the overhang in the lanai. Inside the house the kitchen was super clean and the appliances easy to operate. I have gas in my kitchen at home and was a little perplexed at first but got to loving electric. I just didn't know how to properly clean the cooktop so my apologies to the owners if it looked a bit "used" when we left. Loved the master suite with the walk-in closet and huge bathroom. I love walk-in showers. I had to buy a magnified make-up mirror for my old eyes so I would suggest maybe attaching one to the wall for convenience. Never used the spa tub but it sure looked inviting. When we first arrived and read the renters manual suggesting that the inside temp be set at 78 degrees I was concerned but it proved to be the ideal inside temp for sleeping. Beds were comfortable and a bathroom per bedroom is ideal. We had our dog with us and the layout of the house being so open was great for him. We kept the doors to the bedrooms shut as we do not allow our dog in bedrooms. He did fall in the pool once but we pulled him out right away. What a perfect vacation rental!
