"We forgot my aunts cat carrier and they notified us, also they gave us a larger cabin because we have a toddler at no extra cost. Summer, autumn, winter this is the only place to stay. We had to stay a half hour longer than expected and there was no issue. My husband loved the porch and the calmness of the location. There’s even a fire pit! A true hidden gem on PEI. "

"A great base location for travel to NB sights and PEI. Provides a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Just a couple blocks to coastline tho no view from house. If you need railing to go up stairs, be aware that the railing switches sides at wide landing and has no railing at corner. Recently renovated with comfortable furniture. "

"This house was clean and well set up. Matresses could be updated but were still fairly comfortable. Listing indicates that there is a hot tub and cabin bedroom and includes pictures of those amenities, but we discovered after booking that this was only available at an additional cost. This is misleading. Overall the house fit our needs and had what we needed to make our trip easy and stress free."

"The property was unique. The bed in the main building was very comfortable. I didn't like the shower being in the bunkie and that there was no privacy when entering and exiting the shower. Unfortunately there were many mosquitoes so staying outside at night wasn't possible. The power went off during our stay and we could not find any candles so we drove out to get some. "

"Spacious location for 3 couples, lots of supplies, bbq, great water pressure and steps to the water. Swimming preferred at the more known beaches. Kayaking was available and close to the water. Lots of cooking supplies, don't buy too many groceries before checking with the owner or the cabinets yourself. Recommend Cabot Beach or Thunder Cove beach about 40 minutes drive. Suzanne was super helpful with any issues like propane. Recommend a "what to do cheat sheet" for some directions. "

"5 sisters get together every year to have a fun time. Cottage was exactly as described in the listing. It had all of the necessary amenities and the information booklet with all instructions for our stay was great. We had excellent weather for late September and explored lots of places in the island. "We stayed at this property as a family, the location as a home base to explore cannot be beat. The property was clean, and although work was being done to the exterior when we were there, everyone was so friendly, it was hard to mind. Be aware this is an old house, and the steps are steep to the upstairs. It would have been nice to have was some sort of guide to sorting the recyclables. I would recommend a stay here, and would stay here again."

"A beautiful rustic home, ocean breeze was amazing, kids could run wild without disturbing neighbors. The beach was fantastic and we found so many treasures. "When we arrived and walked in I knew I had found the perfect cottage for our trip to PEI. We loved the history of the home, the grounds and farm fields surrounding it, and of course the hot tub. We were able to do all things “Anne” and then some and this was a relaxing retreat to come back to. Owner was very kind and very responsive. We would highly recommend this place!"

"We were 4 couples and wanted a house that had ensuite bedrooms. This worked. It is an old house with lots of charm and clean but the vanity in our room really needed to be replaced. The doors had fallen off and the sink was all stained. A couple of the mattresses needed replacing. They caved in the middle. The owner was very reachable. When we called to see if they have cable for TV as we wanted to watch the debate she answered her phone immediately. We used our accounts to watch it on...
