Just 2 short blocks to Broadway Beach this Beach cottage is ready for your summer vacation. 3 Car off-street driveway parking, 4 Beach Chairs, Beach Tags and an Umbrella provided. 3 Bedrooms with 1 and a half bath, spacious kitchen, back yard, front porch, outdoor shower and laundry room. The first bedroom has a king sized bed, second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, and the third bed has a queen bed. There is a laundry room off the back of the kitchen along with a half bath. Very spacious full kitchen along with outdoor grill. The home also has a front living room and covered front porch. The location is perfect within walking distance to Sapore, Exit Zero, Grana and more along with it being just a short walk to downtown shopping.
