"The location of the property to the beach is the best perk. The house itself is cozy and host made it more special because he accommodating. The beach is just a few feet away from the house. As soon as you step foot on the beach, the wave is already pointing at you to come and play. It’ll be one of the best time of your life for sure. The right house for the the right fun at the beach."

"Such a wonderful stay. We were greeted by a lovely gift basket of snacks - given that we were 6 hours delayed the family fell on them like locusts. House was charming beyond belief. Location was convenient to a wedding at the Nonantum and surroundings. Loved being able to walk to most activities and restaurants. Just a reminder that two rooms have double beds, for those that are used to kings! "

The coffee shop and arcade were walked to multiple times. No complaints on our stay, the house and host were wonderful, we’ll surely be back! "

"We enjoyed the location. We were able to walk along Short Sand Beach to the town. We walked to the nubble Lighthouse, although it is on a busy road so others might choose to drive. We also walked to Long Sand Beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Because we were 6 units the house worked really well for our group. "

"This house was well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. We were an extended family of 8 and there was more than enough space, with excellent amenities. The location was perfect for a family wedding at The Union Bluff. We were able to walk within 7 minutes. The hosts were exceptional. They were very quick to respond to our questions prior to our stay. We would highly recommend this home to a large family, looking to stay in York."

"We stayed here with two other couples. The view makes this home a place for good conversation and peaceful contemplation while sitting on the decks. Even our dog was at peace, just chilling, overlooking the property and the sea! Our family had stayed at the house once before and we are now reminded that it is still a gem.
