Independent in Cape San Blas

"At Water’s Edge was cozy despite a winter storm that dropped snow and ice across the panhandle! The location is fantastic—right in the beach and near a store in case you forgot anything. The house is spacious, decently appointed, and has spectacular views. Downsides: we had to deal with an ant infestation; apparently they got cold and wanted to come inside! Also, the fireplace was mildly disappointing. I expected more than a glorified space heater. This would hardly matter any other time of year. Overall a great experience!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Slight downside was the construction going on next door. There was no curtain in the bathroom so the roofer could look right in. When we lost our water due to construction, we called and had an immediate response and had our water back within a short time."
