Cleanup before guests arrive is important!

Found a smoked marijuana joint in the bathroom so it smelt like a hobo den. In a damp bathroom, that smell took away a lot of the good things the place had to offer.

This place was lovely. I think they could give a little better instructions as to where to check in. The internet went out while I was there and I was unsure of who exactly to contact for help. Beautiful area. Close to a nice breakfast place.

Nice apartment, not happy with service though.

Disappointed. We booked twin beds but got double beds instead. My son had to sleep on the couch the entire stay. Was promised they would look into it but heard nothing back by the time we had to check out 5 days later. The location is convenient but does not help when the time at the apartment is uncomfortable.

Century City Luxury Apartment stay 2nd of Dec 18

By the time we arrived in our apartment we were definitely sorry that we chose Century Luxury Apartments as our accommodation for a family night out. We could not find the apartments when we reached the Century City area, maybe because it does not really exist and a variety of apartments fall under the Century City Luxury Apartment umbrella. We called the number on the booking with no answer. Eventually, after driving around for more than half an hour we stopped at an apartment building closed to the google direction indication where the security told us, yes, you need to wait here for the agent to confirm your booking, but you have to call him. The fourth number that he gave finally reached the agent for which we had to wait another 15 minutes again. When we reached the apartment at half past 3, housekeeping were still busy in our room. Check in is supposed to be at 2pm. We were a family of 4 which we indicated on the booking, but we only had toiletries for 2 people. On the booking I also asked for a queen bed which was confirmed, but we had a double bed. The apartment was nicely furnished, but when you opened the cupboards the cutlery was also not all clean.

Prestar atenção na informação para check in, poi’s no meu caso, o apt era no water edge, e foi difícil de encontrar.So pelo endereço que aparece na reserva, não é possível encontrar. O local é excelente para quem estiver de carro,mas se não, é um pouco retirado dos principais pontos turísticos de capetown. Tem um mall do lado, muito bonito e elegante. O apt é novo,porém não tem ar condicionado e os banheiros tem mal cheiro( de esgoto) talvez por pouco uso, não sei dizer o motivo, mas incomoda . Como ficamos pouco tempo no apart,não tivemos tanto problema com esses inconvenientes..

Awesome one night stay at the Matrix Apartments

The apartment is really nice, clean, fully furnished and with almost everything we needed, the view of the Table Mountain from the sitting room area is amazing, the building is placed strategically within a walking a distance to the Canal Walk Mall, Tiger's Milk bar for those who want to drink etc. It was a great experienced, one night in the apartment was not enough, next time I will go back I am definitely using the same platform.

Century city Cape Town Gem apartment

Look for the big black W on the apartment building. It stands for WatersEdge. Taxi drivers do not recognise the century city luxury apartment name and the postcode takes you to the building next door. Having arrived all is good news. I was met by the apartment manager. Promptly checked in and delighted to see the smart apartment. Fully equipped with the everything you need to cater for the family. The apartment has a view over the canal at the back and table mountain from the front. The apartments are next door to the century city mall complex. Great shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the conference centre. Highly recommend. Will definitely return here again.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

We had a lovely stay - very modern and well equipped apartment, and it was 400m from Canal Walk. Close proximity into the city as well as not so far from the airport. We booked Century City Aoartments and that's what we were looking for but when we arrived - it was the Watersedge Apartments. When we called the number to get Directions, which was then emailed to us, it took us in a completely different direction and we struggled to find the place, despite us making calls. The major down side is that there was an awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom which was a most unpleasant. The remote to the parking garage was not working and when we approached the manager of the building he was very very rude and said we need to take it up with the person that we made the booking with. The remote only got replaced the day before our 5 day stay.

Cape Town Cycle Tour

The apartments are well furnished and clean. It is basically a home away from home with the perks of someone coming in to clean up abit of your mess. It was a wonderful location and would definitely use the premises again in a heartbeat.
