If we’d been put in a superior room that we had paid and booked for it might have been a different story. When I contacted the office they replied technical error and sorry we’re fully booked now - how can we make your stay better. - NO REFUND GIVEN FOR THE DIFFERENCE. We ended up in a small room with only a rooftop window instead of a balcony room. Please be wary of booking as others have been similarly conned!!
