"Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby bar area. Plesant patio garden where you could eat, drink or chill. We had the Durban suite 2047, which was spacious and luxurious. However situated at the side and back of hotel. Small balcony with poor patio furniture. With no cushions. So not encouraged to sit out there. We ate in the restaurant the food was good. Overall staff was helpful plesant. However we had a few hiccups, which the hotel had to resolve. Dont expect quick responses. Stairwall indicates its...

"What a fantastic location. Our welcome could not have been better with friendly staff throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Both restaurant and brasserie restaurant offered good value with varied menus. I would certainly look forward to staying there again"
