Property was a little dated

This is a beautiful building. It’s still new, so everything is still nice. We have a strip view room on the 34th floor with 2 queen beds. It was very spacious, huge bathroom with separate toilet room inside so someone could use the toilet while someone else is getting ready at the sink. The view was awesome!! My only issue is that it is wayyy down by Circus Circus, the immediate surrounding area is pretty sketchy (but the Peppermill is fantastic), and you have to walk pretty far to really get to the heart of the strip. I would definitely stay here again, though.

Overall, beautiful hotel. However, we had some issues. First of all, we were in the check in line close to an hour after just coming off a 5 hour flight. Then we get into the room and the TV was not coming on. We noticed it was unplugged as well as the alarm clock that works as a phone charger. I plugged it in and still wasn’t working. Had to call maintenance and they showed up promptly. Dante was amazing. He fixed the issue which was the WiFi was disconnected to the TV. We also noticed the room was full of dust on the headboard, lamps and counters. In addition, we had to ask for wash cloths and the shower mat because we only had 2 towels and 2 had towels. Dante spoke to front desk for us. Manager called but only gave us a $50 meal/drink credit for the two of us. Not for each of us. Mind you, the prices for food was super expensive. Then he had housekeeping come in and clean our room as well as bring us towels and washcloths. Most likely will not return to this hotel in the near future if I return to Vegas. It’s sad because we spent a lot of money gambling in their casino.

A great hotel woth an excellent staff.

Great overall. Right in the middle of strip. Good to roam around.
