Mama Lina and everyone else was very hospitable and friendly - we certainly felt at home. It is 5-10 minute drive from the town of Patti - we preferred that it was quieter than being in a town centre. It is helpful to know some Italian but if not you can always use Google translate! "Etablissement en pleine nature, au calme. Chambre et salle de bain très spacieuse et propre. Petits-déjeuners inclus et très copieux. Service restauration le soir : pas de carte de menus mais les plats proposés sont généreux et excellents à des prix hors concurrences. Les haicots verts du jardin étaient succulents. Je recommande sans hésitation."

"Je n'ai pas pût me rendre à l'hôtel le jour de la réservation. J'ai contacté l'hôtel 2 jours avant la date pour me faire rembourser ou décaler la date de réservation. Ils n'ont rien voulut savoir et ne m'ont rien remboursé! Très déçu de cette prestation. "

"We arrived at this hotel after some complications with googles directions (google maps does not know where this hotel is) and were greeted by the owner. He took us to our room and showed us around which is when we realized that he does not speak any English so communicating was challenging. In the morning he provided us with a nice breakfast in his beautiful restaurant."

"Jolly Charme Suite is beautiful, clean, and very modern. We had a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina. The staff was exceptional and was there to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was unbelievable. I can't say enough positive things about his place. When we go back to Messina to visit family, we will only stay at Jolly. "

"Staying at Villa Pulejo is a unique experience in like staying in a historical masterpiece. The facilities were modernized but you can still visualize the grandeur this mansion was built for. Walking around the grounds we found treasures like the centuries old magnolia trees, meticulously kept garden and the original horse stable. Staff went above and beyond without smothering you. Fruits came from groves on property. We will cherish memories made during our 9 days stay. "

"The room itself was okay, if very bare, and there was no information about anything. Although there was a fridge for our use (and some bottled water provided) there was no kettle and no access to the kitchen until breakfast time the next day, so we couldn't make tea. We were admitted to the building when we arrived, but not welcomed. Reception desk was unstaffed, nobody around to greet us or give us any information. The building looked quite neglected. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good."
