I understand it’s an old hotel that is centrally located. That being said, it is too overpriced for the condition of the room. I wouldn’t recommend to others as Florence is such a small city that everywhere you book/ you’re in the “center.” Not worth the value is all for me.

The staff, room, lobby and location were exceptionally fabulous. Near everything and even had a roof top dining area with excellent food and gorgeous views of the city. The staff were friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile for us. We couldn’t have been happier!

"Our room was slow to allow us to check in. We had no cups for a brew after I’d informed them. Didn’t seem bothered. The hotel is massive, no signs on doors where lifts are on the upper levels. If there was a fire it would be very scary."
