"We had a great 3 days stay here in a ground floor with patio, close to the pool. We found it to be quite quiet even though it was over new years. The room was spacious, aircond, bed comfortable, with quite a large ensuite/Laundry. Particularly liked the sachets supplied for washing up and laundry. The only downer we found was the drain in the shower was quite gunked up therefore water could not get away fast enough. Good base to checkout 1770 and Agnes Waters. Reception Staff were very pleasant, would stay here again"

"The location is very good and it's very close to Agnes Water Beach. There are restaurants, groceries within walking distance maybe just 5 mins walk. The front desk staff are friendly and room is clean. It's a perfect place for holiday. The only not so positive thing is that I felt the bed was not them dry, not sure if it was caused by it's very near the beach."
