Enjoy the amazing views of Roosevelt Channel and Pine Island Sound from the screened lanai of this one bedroom/two bath located within the Bay Side Villas in South Seas Resort. This updated condo offers a one bedroom/two bathroom which features two queen beds in the bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a separate full bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for any additional guest. The condo has a wonderful updated kitchen and spacious living area which leads out to the screened lanai.

***The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.***

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Great location, with screened-in bay view balcony and a short walk to the gulf beach and nearby grocery store, restaurants etc. Left the car parked for a week. Best deal ever.

Wonderful Stay at South Seas
We loved our stay at the bayside villas in South Seas Captiva Island. Check in was a breeze, the property was as described and the accommodations were great. Obviously, the island is still very much in recovery mode after hurricane Ian but we knew that going in and adjusted our expectations accordingly.

Great Condo on Captiva!
Perfect location, walking distance to several restaurants. Beautiful view from the lanai. Easy walk to the beach, chairs and umbrella are great. Can’t wait to come back, will definitely stay at this condo again.

Very nice unit!
Unit was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Pool area is excellent, and great beach is <5 minute walk away. Area is still something of a construction site, given hurricane recovery, but didn't affect our stay. Thanks!

Nice place, good location
Overall very nice. Wish the place had more storage (no dressers, closets). The balcony was beautiful. Close to beach. You could walk, but with a 4 yo, we decided to drive the couple minutes to the beach access. Everything was as expected. The pool was great. We knew the elevator was not working. We also knew about the construction.

The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave.

Beautiful Captiva
There were 4 adults in the unit. Plenty of room for 6. Very clean. My husband and I used the pull out couch. Very comfortable. We walked to restaurants and shopping in town. 5 -7 minute walk to everything. We rented biked right outside the resort. Rode to Sanibel..just over the small bridge and had lunch at Pink Flamingo...excellent blackened grouper on a Ceasar Salad...yum! Find your fun....we did!!!

condo great. resort staff great. book directly through the resort as it is cheaper snd they are there to help you. the dream vacation people were not available, send automated messages which cannot be counted on, because we didn’t receive them and they have no concerns about the customer. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH DREAM VACATIONS IN SANIBEL, FL - RYAN BLOCK owner. resort staff wonderful! book directly through them as dream vacations charges you more than booking directly plus they are terrible communicators and only care about making money.
