"The condo was nice with all the basics but not a lot of extras. It wa right on the beach. There was a nice schemed in patio. There was a lot of hurricane recovery construction in process. The beach was nice with a lot of shells. There were a handful of restaurants open on the island, loved the live music at RC Otters"

"We had a problem with our stay when we checked in due to issues beyond the property manager's control (water issues). The communication up to that point was great, property was clean, and check in was easy. The property manager was good about moving us and communication through the process was excellent. "Captiva is not what she used to be yet. Not many open businesses in Captiva. Very few people at the condos The condo was beautiful! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The hot tub only worked one of the days. We did hear construction noise throughout our stay. It starts around 7/8 am. "

"Great condo!! First floor next to the pool & hot tub. Nice views of the marina and mangroves. Fun to watch the osprey, ibis and other beautiful birds. Condo was nicely furnished and decorated, clean and well equipped. Two large screen TVs and free Prime video. Short walks to the beach and Captiva village."

"Our family of 3 (our babe is almost 2) enjoyed four nights at this condo. We enjoyed the easy access to our boat (booked through South Seas Marina) and the view from the condo was fantastic. The pool was conveniently located next to our building and we grilled out every night. 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be back to book this very condo! "

"Overall the property looks great and we love the walking distance to the beach. We understand this community is still renovating and getting back on its feet from Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed our visit. The elevator is still not operational so be prepared to climb some steps with all your travel gear. The fire alarm kept going off in the adjacent building. These were the only negative points in our visit. "

"We’ve been to Captiva a few times and always enjoy the island. This Bayside condo has a nice location with a harbor view. Overall, the condo is tired and needs some TLC. The carpet is heavily stained, the bath towels were tattered and torn, the WIFI is non-existent, paint and trim is chipped iand the bathtubs both had a slow drain. Standing water in the bathtub for more than 12 hours after the last shower. We called maintenance and they fixed the tubs and delivered a WIFI hotspot but both of...

"We loved our stay in this condo. Great location, beautiful view and It had everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation. The murphy bed was a great addition, perfect for our teenager. Still some construction noise and vehicles around the South Seas property but all to be expected and did not effect our trip at all. We still enjoyed the beaches and the pool with no issues."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and so close to the beach, restaurant and stores. "Our first trip back to the islands since 3 rounds of hurricanes and we were pleasantly surprised in the recovery. Even with Captiva’s being the most recent the beaches were lovely and our condo view even though it wasn’t what it would have been was still lovely. There is much work being done on the resort but didn’t find it to be disruptive only a sign of improvement. Plenty of restaurants a short walk or bike ride away to dine at and we enjoyed all of them. Dream vacations were fantastic...
