**You will have 1 private parking space inside the Residence.

** All spaces have Air Conditioning.
**Due to restrictions due to COVID-19, no meetings or parties are allowed in the complex, nor in the property. It is recommended to report to the property manager the additional views during your stay, for safety and issues related to the cost of your reservation,
**Check-in ( check-in) is scheduled to take place after 04:00pm; as well as Check-out ( check-out) at 11:00am. If you have any special requirements outside of these hours, you can coordinate with the amphirtrion or administrator. Please note that there may be an additional charge if the request involves additional transportation or other expenses, and these must be charged to your invoice, previously approved by the guest.
** We have water service 365 days a year.
** Our WiFi network is working properly, we also have an internet backup device in case the main internet reports failures.
