"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. "I'm very glad I stayed here. Everything was nice, clean, and even a little stylish. This is a nice hotel. The two staff I interacted with were both very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I can't comment on breakfast because I didn't have it. The bathroom was nice. They give you a vanity package which came in handy and was appreciated, including emory board, hair tie, shower cap, etc. They have good tea in the room and an electric kettle. The pillows were very nice and there was even an extra body pillow which was great, again, very much appreciated. The room totally darkens, too. This place was better than I was expecting. I would happily stay here again and I definitely recommend it. "
