With 5 acres and positioned on one of the best streets in Missouri Heights, you'll revel in the 180+ degrees of unobstructed views of Mt Sopris and the Roaring Fork Valley. Lounge all day and into the evening on the back patio equipped with 6 comfy Adirondack chairs and wool blankets. With very little light pollution, the stargazing at night is second to none. Inside, this luxury rental is comprised of 3 bedrooms (2 on the main floor) + 3 full bathrooms. Our home is stocked with designer, tasteful furnishings and every convenience needed for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with ultra plush beds, soft bedding, firm and soft down pillows, humidifier, and fans. Bathrooms are fully stocked with high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash + lotion and hair dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and dish-wear you may need for dining in for every meal. Coffee, tea, oils, condiments and tons of spices are also provided. Our home is super kid friendly with Stokke high chair, kids dishes, toys, games, pack-n-play and two adult size sleeping cots for big kids.

Location is superb for every interest and need! There are almost too many activities to list. Here are the activities we enjoy and areas we visit the most:
10 minutes to Willits Town Center (Whole Foods, coffee shops, restaurants, rentals, stores, movie theater)
13 mins to the Ranch at Roaring Fork Golf Course (Public Course)
15 mins to Basalt (fly fishing, restaurants, shops, library)
15 mins to Carbondale (pool, community center, town with shops/restaurants, golf, grocery)
30 mins to Aspen (grownup Disneyland :D)
30 mins to Snowmass Village (skiing, mountain biking, family activities)

6 Adults + up to 3 young kids can sleep in our home comfortably. Please inquire with the owner for any specific needs you may have to allow for the most comfortable experience possible for your group.

** Our property has many wild animals on and near the property, especially in the summer months. Visitors are strongly cautioned to remain vigilant and carry bear spray or a horn (provided by the owners) when navigating the property at dawn, dusk and at night. Small children should never be outside unattended. Owners have witnessed bear, fox, mountain lion, coyote, deer, and hawks.
