Lake of Egypt 3 bedroom, 3 bath lake house with a sand beach . Sleeps 8

Fish, swim, go boating, or just relax &
soak up the sun at this comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath ranch home on a gently sloping lot ( no yard stairs) with a dock (with electric) & a private sand beach. It's located in a quiet cove off the large part of the lake ( ski area) only minutes from rt. 57 in a peaceful setting near the golf course . There is a fire pit with firewood down by the water & the beach has reclining lawn chairs & a sunshade. 6 kayaks are provided for your use & also a floating Lily Pad island. The wrap around deck has 2 seating areas & a gas grill. Inside, the kitchen has all appliances including a dishwasher, garbage disposal & microwave. Dishes, pots & pans, a Kuerig dual coffee maker that takes k-cups or makes a pot, an air fryer, popcorn popper, a 4 slice toaster, mixer, blender, crockpot ,all utensils and even a salad spinner. The dining table seats 6-8 and the peninsula has 2 stools . . French doors directly across from the table take you to the side deck (wrap around) which has an umbrella table & chairs for outdoor dining . The front deck has a gas grill & more seating & faces the lake . Below the front deck is a patio right outside the walkout basement. Each of the 3 bathrooms has a shower , one has a tub shower & double sinks. The sunken living room has a gas fireplace, a large flat screen tv , blu ray DVD player with movies & a great view of the lake ( all 3 TVs have Direct TV. ) The master bedroom has a king sized bed facing the French doors to the back deck. You can see the lake from the bed. The master bath is off the bedroom. Bedroom no. 2 has a queen size bed ( sleeps 2 ) & bedroom no. 3 has a full sized bed ( sleeps 2 ) A full bath with double sinks & a shower/ tub combo is at the end of the hall. The partial walkout basement has a daybed with a trundle with 2 twin mattresses ( sleeps 2) a tv & a 3/4 bath. The main floor laundry room has a washer & dryer. The house has central air & all the bedrooms plus the kitchen & extra seating area have ceiling fans. There are cards & board games inside & corn hole ( bags) , yard dice etc. Outside. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises & sunsets , relax & make great memories !
