Beautiful space
We enjoyed the stay, the hot tub, communication, checkin, and property. I would like to have known it was on the highway. From the photos it appeared as if the cabin was further away from the main road and the other cabins. There are join halls for each duplex style cabin.

Amazing views!
This place exceeded my expectations! Exceptionally clean, everything you need, nothing you don't. Hot springs were great, property manager was friendly and helpful, and the views were just gorgeous. We will be back!

Great location and views of Crystal River.
Fantastic hot tubs filled by hot springs that also provides heat for the cabins. Mike (the caretaker/manager) was extremely helpful in showing us around and explaining everything. Beautiful Crystal River runs through property. And great hiking trails nearby.

Second time staying here. Rustic. No fluff. Clean. Beautiful property. Sounds of the Crystal River 24/7. Love the spring fed hot tub. Mike, the property manager is a delight. We will be back next year!

Clean and Cozy
Cabin was clean and well stocked. Property was well kept and 2 hot tubs fairly clean. My only suggestion would be to move parking for cabin 2. We were in cabin 1 and had neighbors walking by our windows all day. Made us want to pull the blinds when we were in.

Perfectly Peaceful
Beautiful site. So peaceful. The cabin is perfectly simple and not cluttered with stuff that can easily be broken by a toddler. The hot-spring fed tub was by far the favorite, then the river, fishing, extraordinary views, and flowers. Gas grill worked. Property manager was the bomb. This is a simple, clean, quite, beatiful spot. Not fancy, just perfect. We will be back!

No heat, not water in hot spring tub
Arrived to no heat in condo and no water in hot spring hot tub. Weather was in the 30’s. A note was left that said space heaters were provided but neither worked. We had 2 small children with us and that was not going to be acceptable. We did receive a quick response from Margie and she was not aware of the issues. She was very apologetic and we did receive a full refund. The scenery and views were as described. Beautiful place, we hate we didn’t get to enjoy it.

Heavenly Retreat
An amazing retreat filled with peace and quiet, meadows, rivers, springs, spruce and aspen, wildlife and no TV. Mike, the gentleman who keeps everything running tip top, is great at making you feel at home and leaving you to your retreat. We spent 9 days here and wanted 9 more. The hot spring water is piped into three tubs, each with magnificent views - mountain faces, river and meadows, the temperature moderated by the cold spring also on property and the order of filling. Wildflowers everywhere and encounters with wildlife really made this the perfect place to refuel our hearts and minds. The cabins are great, too! The king bed was the perfect firmness and dressed in top notch linens so it was easy to have a lie in in the mornings - except the outdoors was so beautiful it called us out. Coffee and yoga on the deck in the morning, grilling in the evening. The cabins are bright and filled with light, great views and have everything you need. We ate almost every meal in (we're picky about our food) and had everything we wanted or needed for cooking. Close to so much great hiking (try Avalanche Creek trail), Stand Up Paddle Boarding in Marble a few miles up the road with Cyndi, a great Barbecue in the same town, and for a little more city vibe, Carbondale about 10 miles the other way is filled is sophisticated eats (try Phat Thai!), an amazing spa at True Nature Healing Arts and farmers markets with a great downtown vibe. Lovely and lovingly cared for, this is the ideal vacation and retreat spot.

Not expensive but you get what you pay for
Excellent location, one queen bed/bedroom is fine but rest of sleeping is uncomfortable. Not really for more than 2 adults-kids might be okay with other sleeping areas? No real stove (hot plate, toaster over) for cooking, not very comfortable to sit inside. Hot tubs were great.

Great!!
What an amazing place to stay! Beautiful location and property! Very clean and everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The manager of the property was amazing and came and chatted with us about fishing and wildlife and answered all of our questions. The WiFi worked well as did all of the appliances. The hot tubs both were well maintained and great to relax in. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Beauty and a wonderful place to unwind and relax
Stayed in Cabin 1 during the X games and from the first moment we arrived we knew it was a great choice. A few feet from the cabin is a large cement soaking area with hot spring water coming in and flowing over the top. The soaking area provides amazing views of the entire area and in the background you can hear the subtle sounds of the river flowing in the distance. The second soaking area sits along the river and at 4 - 5pm we saw the Elk come down in the field across the river and we sat and enjoyed the experience in amazement. The first soaking area is between 104 to 106 degrees and the second one can go from 106 to 109. There is no Tv in the cabins and for us that was great. There is also no laundry areas on the premise and there is also no dishwasher. But what can you expect for 120 dollars a night in this beautiful area. The only issues we had were minor. The directions said to to go 1.4 miles after mile marker 55, it is suppose to be say .4 miles after the mile marker. The owner has tried changing this a few times and for some reason the directions are not updating. The other issue was the water pressure for the shower. We are looking forward to returning back to this area in the near future and recommend this property to everyone we talk to.
