Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear balcony/patio, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photo. Basically this is a dormitory-style place for young foolish skiiers and not much else."

1. Pedimos una habitación con cama doble y nos dieron una habitación con dos camas
2. No tienen WIFI para los clientes, y además los abonados (al menos de Orange) no tienen cobertura de teléfono. Es decir que, ya es grave no poder llamar por teléfono, pero eso no es su responsabilidad. Pero sabiendo esto, que no tengan WIFI ... es tener a los clientes incomunicados.
3. Necesitaba subir un café a mi mujer a la habitación, el bar abre a las 2 de la tarde...
