Friendly staff. However hotel services were poor- room not made up or cleaned after first nights stay.hairdryer broken, issue with to on 2nd night, insufficient towels & mugs, etc for number of guests booked in. Staff sorted once asked for but they should have been there in the first instance

firstly the location of the hotel is brilliant. and located a one minute walk from a fantastic services with a selection of food and drink. plus a large bay of fast electric car chargers. the hotel itself is basic and functional. nothing flashy but it has all you need. good beds, decent shower, large clean rooms and friendly staff. nothing really to dislike. you can park right near the front door and it’s very reasonably priced.

We got a good rate for this hotel as it was a Sunday to Monday night otherwise we generally find it a bit pricey for a budget hotel. its pleasant, clean and tidy with nice helpful staff. it has controlled on site parking so don't forget to register your car on arrival.

firstly the hotel has a brilliant location. less than a minute off the m4. so it’s easy to find. it’s also right next to a fantastic services with good food choices and a massive starbucks. there are also plenty of fast electric car chargers, which is amazing considering much bigger places don’t have any. the hotel is all that you need. good beds. big rooms. nice and clean and very friendly helpful staff. they don’t do a cooked breakfast but if that’s your thing i recommend lilly’s in pontycymer, a ten minute drive away. that’s a lovely cafe. a special mention to jessica on hotel reception who was very helpful.
