Awful nights sleep. Very poor matress/bed. Some lamps not working. 302 needs urgent redecorating. Windows not sealed letting cold in, no air con. Strong smell at reception put me off almost straight away. The hotel would have to pay me to stay there again. There are many alternatives so that womt be difficult. Very dissatisfied and very disappointed. Shame.

Have stayed multiple times with my partner and plan on staying again in future. The facilities of the hotel are great, everything you would realistically want in a hotel, great rooms and very convenient location, being located in the city centre. The staff are very kind and considerate, in one instance on short notice, they managed to secure us a high quality room. Very kind people. The lack of air conditioning in most rooms is offset by the usage of fans provided by the Hotel, as well as being able to open the windows. So I wouldn't say that's an issue for me, but it might be for some. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place that is both easily accessible from the city centre, as well as a place with good staff and service.
