Being a new facility still has "new carpets smell".Staff attentive and keen to please at reception and in restaurant. £10 parking charge a little unusual but would rather pay and hope my car is safe!

We stay at this hotel regularly last night we were given an upgrade or so we thought…… Turns out we were put on the Adult only floor but locked out of the room where they supply complementary drinks. The rooms in the hotel are all the same only difference with this floor is it’s adult only so basically we didn’t get an upgrade. I’ve stayed in the Celtic manor and many sister hotels where any upgrades have also been an upgrade so a bit disappointing however the hotel is clean and the rooms are lovely.

This is a newly opened hotel with a glossy feel, complete with a ‘new carpet’ smell. Very surprised to find barriers at the car park entrance and exit, with a surcharge for parking at £10 for overnight guests. Strongly feel this cost should not apply if you are an overnight hotel guest. The bed was very firm and I struggled to sleep with the light from under the door and LED lights on aircon control panel. Bathroom and shower were wonderful and I loved the Elmis products. Breakfast was good quality and staff were very friendly. Would stay again if there is no parking charge. One thing letting the place down was people stood outside the entrance smoking. Even in PJs and slippers first thing in the morning. Very unsightly and unpleasant to walk through, especially with a child.

Great hotel, breakfast perfect, chef serving lovely, all staff very friendly, linen crispy, beds comfy, rooms clean and modern. Down sides £10 a day parking charge Evening food really not nice and over priced.

We just used this as a stop over hotel. Would definitely use again. Staff were friendly the room was very comfortable and clean and the a/c worked and was almost silent. Lovely shower too. Only down points were we got doubled charged, once by hotels.com and then by the actual hotel. We did get a refund but it took a week. The hotel also held £50 on our card for something, I have no idea what, and we had to pay £10 for parking!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for just one night. The room was spotless, elegantly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being a short visit, I had a peaceful night's sleep in the plush bed. During our stay, Chung from the breakfast hospitality staff truly stood out. She greeted us with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that set a positive tone for the day. Her exceptional service truly elevated our dining experience. Clean nights stay!
Hotel was very good, very clean, staff very friendly. Although we had to move rooms 3 times due to the aircon not working it was quickly resolved, the staff were very helpful and welcoming to both me and my husband. Location wise not to much going around but can order from pretty much anywhere on the usual food ordering apps (which is what we did) Building was a little stuffy sadly so just bare that in mind if you don’t like to be warm, saying that aircon did work as intended (in third room)

If you going to stay this hotel keep extra money for deposit because they not trust us. and very expensive parking chargers like central London. Right front car park need to pay very small amount if needed. I got the receipt of someone else not mine. cold room we can't control the trempreture.

Outstanding value-for-money experience. I am a seasoned traveller who has stayed in hotels ranging from very basic to luxury, and this hotel easily exceeds expectations for the price. The best-kept secret is that you can use the indoor pool at the hotel next door for a nominal fee. This is a notch or two above your typical business hotel.

Its a great hotel. The bed was amazing. The shower fantastic. Wonderful bar and restaurant the breakfast was very good with loads of choice. will definately stay again. Now bad points if you can call them that. TV kept freezing, guess thats because its a new hotel, if not it needs sorting. Found some biscuit crumbs on the floor. The shower was so powerful (which is amazing) it didnt drain quickly enough. Last but not least no toilet brush. Keep up the good work guys.

Awesome staff and facilities
Arrived at hotel and was by beautiful smiles which made me feel very welcome. Madeline and Agne were at reception and responded to all my questions. Once they heard I was traveling due to a family bereavement they were very compassionate and offered their condolences. They helped me with access to the Wi-Fi and showed me where the restaurant bar was located. Even though I was only here for one night the staff made me feel like I was part of their family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a relaxing friendly break away from everyday life
