"Overall our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Our only issue was that the air conditioning broke. But it wasn’t such an issue that it made our stay unpleasant. We were able to open the windows, and once we let the property manager know he was able to bring us some extra fans that helped. Great house and great location in town."

"House was large, comfortable and clean. The yard was a bit overgrown. We couldn’t get in at the allotted time due to the people before us leaving late but the owner was very apologetic and gave us a discount. Leslie was very responsive and great to work with! Other than the delay in getting in and the yard not really being great to let the little ones play in, it was a comfortable stay and served our purpose well! "

Payne Lake is close to Waterton Park, Red Rock Canyon, Buffalo Paddock Loop, many many hikes, and the lake itself was perfect to take a dip! We "attempted" Pickleball, shot some hoops, played Cornhole, played horseshoes and even took some time to try out the obstacles! Would definitely recommend to rent!"

"The good: Nice place, very conveniently located proximal to Waterton. Tons of space for the four of us. Lots of natural light and a very airy feel to the place. Well stocked kitchen. We didn't end up doing much cooking, but it looked like it had everything we'd need. Bed were comfortable. Internet connection worked well.
