"Absolute hidden gem. Property is perfect clean (beyond standards), location and surroundings are pinnacle of „farm stay”, plenty of space, bush walks, wildlife. The most stunning is the history of the place, that alone makes staying here worth much more. I would never expect to be privilege to inside of family history by John and his meticulously arranged albums, notes, diaries etc. Mind blowing surprise and definitely worth 5 star place."

The split reverse cycle heater was of little help in warming the space and the wood fire was wood free. After a trip into Castlemaine we returned with 15kg of wood, fire starters and kindling at a cost of $40.
