"The property is beautiful and private which we loved. We did wish there had been a bigger communal dining table so we could have all gathered in one space, but we made it work with the addition of two card tables that we brought. It has a wonderful kitchen - the appliances were wonderful, but it was severely under appointed. No serving bowls, one mixing bowl, one frying pan and an odd mix of flat baking pans and utensils. There were several scuff marks, etc on walls, so it had a somewhat unclean...

"The house itself is great, the view is beautiful! We loved seeing deer each day! However, the property needs maintenance, the interior needs upkeep (light bulbs out, remotes need batteries, Master Bathroom sink remains clogged, interior drawers and cabinets need cleaned but the biggest concern was pest control (too many live roaches!) "

"I ended up paying about $150 per night with taxes and fees for the place. It was great for the price! If you want a big fancy modern rental, this is not the one for you. This was a cute cozy place. The location is great. Close to the downtown area of Flowery Branch. Not too far from downtown Gainesville either. There are chickens on the property but they will leave you alone. My only complaint was that it was not stocked with much. There was no coffee or toiletries for guests so we had to go buy...

"Just intended to be a crash pad after celebrating a friend's birthday with a few other guys. That's exactly what it was. Nothing fancy, large bedrooms. Limited glassware, furniture and amenities. Potentially cool hangout area on the decks but without any furniture patio furniture, limited chance to enjoy. No grill. We made it work. No real complaints.. it was what i expected. Owner responded quickly to any questions. "

"We flew in town for a wedding nearby. I’m usually skeptical of VRBOs. I’m a bit of a clean freak. This property did not disappoint. Everything was clean and I felt like I was in a hotel. I liked the private location and felt very safe. We plan on visiting family again and will rent this home again for our future travels back to Georgia. "

"We had the property for a four day weekend with a wedding on Saturday. The kitchen was stocked well for all meals on site. The resort is incredible and provided a beautiful backdrop for the rehearsal, wedding, photos, and a relaxing weekend with friends and family. Guests could arrive via boat and automobile. Highly recommend as an event facility!"
