She couldn't find our booking to begin with but then said she would send us check in information which was just...

"Great views and feel to the property. Kids loved the local animals and beautiful gardens. Some of the pans and cooking utensils hadn't been cleaned by previous guests which was a little frustrating. Firewood is not supplied but you can get some dropped of after arrival ($20 for 15kg I think). Overall a great time away with the family"
