The location could not be better - across the road from the ferry port and one street from the front, so noise was minimal. A typical Carloforte house. "Wir haben nach mehreren Sardinienurlauben vor 25 Jahren die Insel erstmals wieder besucht und wurden positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung war bestens eingerichtet und überaus sauber. "We stayed at Carlos villa and had a wonderful time. The villa itself is beautiful and the pool is fantastic. We loved the roof terrace and sat there every night to watch the sun set. S’aint Antioco is a very quiet place to visit especially if you like a beach holiday. We had a lovely meal at the hotel next door. Carlo is very hepfull, and sorted a small issue we had with a door as soon as we reported it. My family loved our stay and cannot fault it. An easy recommend"

"We had a fantastic 2 week break in Nebida. Simonetta and Francesco could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They gave us lots of information on what to do in the local area. The house itself was beautiful and very clean and well presented. Everything you need in a holiday home. The pool was fantastic too- never busy, but a lifeguard always on duty and with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. We would happily return here again the future. On the whole a nice villa to stay in. A bit remote in October has not much is open in this area, though in summer it'll be fine."

"Marja and Carlo are the best hosts! They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. "Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "
