"Inside the, house and linen were clean, beds comfortable. The only air conditioner is downstairs and it needs a new remote, on arrival the upstairs was very warm even for Tasmania. After leaving windows open it became cooler however on hot days upstairs would be very hot without air-conditioning. Outside courtyard and garden really needs a clean up. Very unwelcoming. If you have children the garden is a hazard until it is cleaned up. I also cleaned the range hood filter and itself as it was...

"the property was immaculate, the location brilliant. EXACTLY as advertised. It is right on the route for the hop-on hop-off bus about 400m away. The local park is gorgeous, the pub across the road has food for the BIGGEST eaters, and the Wine bar cafe SOUTH just up the road is a MUST DO. You will need a matchbox on wheels to get your car into the garage, with cars blocking the turning circle it was just not possible, but I managed a park in the back street no worries, you just have to time it...

"The property was lovely and the check in was seamless, they let us check in a bit earlier and leave our bags since we arrived before check in. It was much appreciated. The property was a bit further from downtown that we had initially thought. I did not realize it was 2 miles of hills :) Other than that, it was amazing."
