Hotel location is great with fantastic view. However, I found the staff at the front desk unhelpful and rude. The checkin time is at 4:00 pm and we were there at 3:35. They didn’t check us in and texted us at 4:15 that the room is ready! after waiting for 20 minutes in a long line I was able to check in second time. The rooms are outdated and the coffee machine was not functioning properly. The pool was closed and no where in Expedia where we booked our room had mentioned about it. The food and the staff in the restaurant were great.

We came for my 70th birthday and I was not disappointed at all. I had heard the property was starting to show its age, etc but our room was so lovely and has a fantastic view of the ocean. The staff at check-in, valet, servers in the restaurant, everyone were to welcoming and gracious. Hated to leave after 4 days.

The views were great. Service at the restaurant was very slow. Our room was very dated and lacked amenities for the price. During the check in process they tried to sell us additional nights for furture dates. Felt like a time share sales pitch.
