"Like: I had to call the number posted on the front door when I arrived. The call was answered quickly and the host came immediately to check me in. She also added a heater to my room to help heat it up (without me asking). She was very friendly and confirmed where I could grab some food. She came up and knocked shortly before 9pm to make sure I was warm enough and ask if I needed more blankets. "We went to the Russian River for Valentine’s Day. Spent the night and had dinner at the BoHo! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded on our room which was fantastic!
