The location is very good, safe and well secured. We were also accommodated with an early check-in and late check out. Very good service, breakfast and friendly staff. My family enjoyed the stay and will definitely coming back.

Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

"The property was nice, but the room was in much need of an update. The room gave off a 1980's feel with it's tarnished outdated wood furnishings, old carpet, and popcorn ceiling. Overall though, its a good place to stay if you want a hotel close to the airport and just looking for something ..."
