"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"This is a larger authentic Tuscan farmhouse with a lovely lush garden. The house has a rustic feel with lots of the furniture made by the hosts, the pool and garden are beautiful to relax and take in the views. Many of the sights in southern Tuscany and Umbria are close by (by car). The property is clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The hosts are very discreet but will make you feel very welcome. Definitely would visit again! "

"We had a great time at Anat's place. The location is incredible, the views from the property amazing. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of space and the area is very quiet. Anat is a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to respond. The house was incredibly well stocked, no need to run searching for supplies on your arrival. We had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend the place!"

"Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food."

"The place is beautiful, very clean and Stefania was just great. Things that need improvement is the stove, flushing the toilet . The dirt rd is really difficult , you need an SUV to drive to the house! Screens are need it for the windows to stop the bugs and other little creatures to come in. "Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "
