Idlewood Cabin - Newly Remodeled, Hot Tub

Centrally located in Carnelian Bay, between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, the Idlewood Vacation Cabin is a single level 3 bedroom/2 bath that features newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, sunny front deck, vaulted ceilings, spacious living room with sectional sofa, master suite, rock fireplace, and a back deck to soak after a day of activities. In the summer, guests will appreciate the access to the trail network at Nightingale Road/Carnelian Road for great hiking and mountain biking access. In the winter, the cabin is almost equal distant to Northstar California and Palisades Tahoe.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

For larger groups, including weddings and family reunions, this home is about 1/2 mile from the Bray Vacation Home

Amazing location and beautiful home!
Excellent location in Carnelian Bay and the home is beautifully remodeled - the furnishings were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook at home. Host was very thorough and the entire check-in, stay, and check-out was extremely easy and convenient. Highly recommend this home if you're looking for a north lake stay in Tahoe!

My 3 young adult kids and I found everything we needed at this cabin. Lots of room to relax, a little lake view from the front deck, and a 10 minute walk to the lake. The hill is steep, but the street is pretty! There was a heat wave the whole week we were there, but 4 big fans helped us . I would recommend this cabin!

Perfect bachelorette getaway!
My friends and I wanted to get away to celebrate my upcoming wedding and this was the perfect location! The house was clean, stocked with all the amenities needed, and had beautiful views. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space for us. Our host was extremely nice and understanding and wonderful to work with.

Dangerous driving conditions on steep hill
You should let families know this is on a steep icy hill. When it snows the road and corner is known for cars skidding out. It’s dangerous and our car may be a total loss.

Great spot to getaway!
Perfect cabin to getaway for the weekend with my family. Easily fit 4 adults, two young kids, and a large dog. We loved the fireplace, hot tub, and space available for our family. We also found the primary suite bed to be comfortable. Location is great as close to Tahoe city, kings beach, incline village, and Truckee. Would definitely stay here again!
