Spacious Beachy Bungalo One Block From Ocean

*Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. Upstairs, greets you with a large front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with pull-out couch, kitchen with bar area, dining room with large table, and large back deck with seating. Rooms are spacious and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel but with modern amenities. Kitchen has an air fryer, coffee maker/Keurig. TVs have Roku and are logged into a Netflix account. Home is one block from the beach with canal view, and beach access on both sides of the block. Outdoor shower. Linens and bath towels provided. I know you're there on vacation and have fun, and I want you to have an amazing trip, just be respectful of the property and neighbors. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side so you have to keep the long stretch clear.

LOCATION LOCATION! This house was absolutely perfect for 3 moms and our 4 teens girls trip. We had plenty of space and beds were comfortable. Very short walk to beach and short walk to restaurants and boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Great place to stay!
This was our second year staying at this property. It’s a great location, has everything you need, and the front porch and back patios are wonderful. Short 5-minute walk to the beach with life guard. We enjoyed our stay very much and owner is so thoughtful and accomdating!

Superb Beach Cottage

Carolina beach perfection
This rental checks all the boxes and is absolutely perfect! We come to the beach music festival every year and this place is by far our favorite! Accommodations are enough for your whole crowd, the home is cozy and something new to see everywhere you look! Can’t say enough good things about this property!

Amazing visit
This home had everything you could ever need! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, ample seating inside and out and a pet area! The covered porch was so inviting and so much room to play. So close to the beach too. Honorable mention on the bidet in the master bath:) awesome! Cannot wait to stay again

Great stay!
This is a great place to rent for a trip. We had 6 in our party and we think the space is right for a group that size. It is a very short walk to the beach access and only a 9 minute walk to the boardwalk! Don’t be deterred that this is not a full house rental! We had a great stay. My only advice is if you are going to cook during your stay instead of going out, bring a sharp set of knives or a knife sharpener. We loved this bungalow!

A real pleasant place to stay, approximately 2 block from beach. Accommodated 10 house guest with plenty of room for all. The host was great to work with and addressed all our questions with prompt responses when contacted. Would recommend to all especially for large groups or family. Beach Awesomeness!!
Owner was wonderful and was always quick to respond. The property was very clean and had an awesome beach vibe. Super close to beach and a quick walk to the boardwalk. Back deck and yard was great for our large group. The two apartment style spaces in addition to the house was perfect for our group! Can’t wait to come again!!

Great multi-family/friend space!
Had such a blast during our stay. We felt so at home with the chill vibe upon entering. The home is split into three units and it worked perfectly for a bachelorette party of 8. Plenty of space. Backyard was well maintained and no issues during our stay. So convenient in walking to the beach and bars. You can tell the owner put thought into the decor and functionality of the space. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place! Would definitely recommend!

Great Beach House
This is a great place to stay for your beach vacation. The owner has thought of everything! Towels, beach towels, beach amenities—everything you need or in case you forgot your own. The location is great for walking to the beach and for walking to the boardwalk, shops, and dining. The bedrooms are spacious and the downstairs units are great for multiple families. The front and back decks are large with plenty of seating. The outdoor shower comes in handy to wash off after the beach or to rinse your chairs. Just a great beach house and the owner is so nice and accommodating. Will come again!

Good location, walking to and from beach and boardwalk was great. AC in unit two didn't seem to work properly, condensation on floor in morning. Grills in back are almost unusable, not clean at all, I didn't expect perfect but those where bad. Did not call to complain, just giving honest review.

Vintage Beach house
This vintage beach house has a wonderful large wooden deck in the back. And a nice front porch too. The location was accessible to the beach within less than 10 minute walking distance. This house has a nice outdoor shower for rinsing off after spending time at the beach…The owner was responsive when we had to contact him. The downstairs units were functional for a family with small children. Unfortunately, one of the downstairs units had a problem with the air conditioner. Furthermore, my biggest disappointment was with the upstairs kitchen. The refrigerator had no working ice maker. The kitchen dishes were extremely limited and were a mix match of plastic plates and drinking cups! And there were only three coffee cups to support the upstairs unit which three full sized family bedrooms.

Great for multiple families
We had a wonderful stay at 3 beaches. The house was updated, clean, and well thought out. I was impressed with the thoughtful set up of the house to accommodate multiple familes with children and pets. We've been renting beach houses in Carolina Beach for years and this is our favorite one we've found! There are gates on the porch, deck and around the entrances of the yard. It's great for keeping dogs and small children contained. I especially liked the guards under the benches on the back deck- it kept my crwing baby safe from going over the edge. The small yard is great for the dogs to get some energy out between walks. We had 7 adults and three kids under 7 and we all fit very comfortably. My brothers and their respective families took the basement apartments. They mentioned the beds were a little firm for their liking, but otherwise liked the bottom units. I stayed in the upper unit with my dad, husband and baby. We found all the beds upstairs very comfortable. During our stay we had one small issue where the keypad lock broke on us in the main unit. The owner was quick to respond and very friendly. The location was excellent. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the boardwalk was a 10 min walk from the house. There are grocery stores nearby too. Overall this is a fantastic pick for a famy vacation. We hope to stay again next year!!

Birthday Getaway with Family
Wonderful place to stay if relaxing is on the agenda. We (three 50+ adults) greatly enjoyed the spacious front porch with doggie gate as we hung out with our rescue beagle reading and doing crossword puzzles. The kitchen is fully stocked and had so many extras! Host had lots of beach accessories that we used to enjoy two days at the beach. The house is quite large and there was plenty of room for the three of us. Definitely recommend this space!

Wonderful Getaway!
The cabin was wonderful. More than enough room for the five of us. We loved the covered front porch. It was perfect for relaxing and reading, or having a casual supper in the evening. Lots of room in the living room and dining room. The location was perfect, close to entertainment, restaurants, and the beach, but on a very quiet street. We will definitely be back.

All I can just say is WOW
if I could 10 stars I would. There is nothing not to love about this property. The moment you walk in you just feel like you’re on vacation and it’s absolutely beautiful with every single little thing you could possibly need. Having access to the beach so close and the board walk, McDonald’s and the convenience store only 3 minutes away was a fantastic thing. It has a great area in the back for your dog. Next time I’d love to have my dog with me. It has fun things like disc golf and things you would need for the beach, such as .When I go back to Carolina Beach this will be the only place that I stay i. It feels like being in my own home

Fun short weekend
