A three bedroom(equipped with a TV & storage space; one with a work area), 2.5 bathroom fully stocked humble abode! Toiletries, seasonings, privacy, and a 10 minute walk to the beach! You're right down the street from the boardwalk!

You have full access to everything including the outdoor shower and backyard! Fully fenced for dogs. Please let us know if you need rentals as we love to network with our community.

Absolutely beautiful & welcoming
My husband and I have used this house two years in a row with us and our two dogs. We absolutely love our stay more and more each year. Home is spacious, fenced in area for our two pitties and minutes away from everything you may need. The property manager went above and beyond because we had to leave early due to an emergency. I will definitely be coming back!

Carolina beach house
Our stay at the beach house went on without a hitch. The property management team was responsive and friendly. The home itself has a cool vibe compared to other homes in the area. I would say the walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, so not too bad! Cleanliness was quite good but there is some defects within the home. Overall it suited our needs and we enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay there again (:

Probably the nicest and cleanest rental house I've ever stayed at. Plenty of space for the 5 of us, and all the appliances were new and worked great. The host was available so quickly for any questions and we didn't have any problems the whole trip. Can't recommend this house enough!! 10/10

Lovely weekend in Carolina Beach!
Great place to stay for our weekend in Carolina Beach. Townhome was clean and updated. The porch was great for morning coffee and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend staying here!

NEED MORE THAT 5 STARS
We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was as described. We enjoyed the nice spacious home, fenced in yard for our two dogs and just a few minutes to find yourself on Carolina Beach. The home was very modern, the balcony was absolutely beautiful to have your morning cup of coffee and even a garage to make loading and unloading a little easier. Looking forward to book again very soon!

Place was fine with some inaccuracies, but the refund process has been a nightmare
The place is fine and, with the exception of a couple of cockroaches, was clean. And the sheets smelled fabulous! The listing states there is a hot tub and a pool. It has neither. Two weeks after I contacted them, it is still listed as having a pool and hot tub. If you are looking for one, look elsewhere. Then came the Hurricane . On our first full day there, we were asked if we wanted a full refund for unused days or if we wanted to be on their headcount for ones who chose not to evacuate. Well, YES we evacuated a day early. Several days later the property manager asked for my cash app so they could send me $100 (I had paid $200 plus tax). Strange. When I told them how much I had paid they refunded me $181 and told me to deal with VRBO for the rest of it. Called VRBO and they told me the manager needed to do the refund. The circular conversation begins. So I sent the property manager a request for the balance of the $200 and VRBO would deal with the tax refund. I just got a message telling me to stop contacting them. The place may be fine, but if you encounter other issues I have doubts as to their response and customer service. You have been warned.
