"Beautiful condo however having mold around the bath in the second bathroom was not what we expect from this type of resort. Also having a pair of scissor and a good wine opener will be a minimum to ask for. However this is a spectacular place well located and the 2 bedroom apartment are beautiful and well decorated and with a lot of place in the wardrobe. We will go back next year. "

"I was disappointed that they were doing maintenance on the indoor lazy river during my stay, but that happens. Other than that I really have nothing to complain about. I will absolutely look at future stays at Avista. Maybe next time I'll look at getting a suite, my partial ocean view was nice especially for the sunset but a full ocean view must be amazing as well. Staff was great. Breakfast at the restaurant was good (especially the home fries!). As a whole, would recommend! "

"We went during the off season so it was much quieter. Fantastic views of the ocean from our balcony. We did have an issue though. Our room was located on the left side of the building and from the 9th floor we could hear a loud screeching noise coming from an air handler on the roof of the attached conference center. "My stay was AWESOME!!! The only negative was trying to find a parking spot that wasn't the size of a golf cart. I drive a Silverado and it was nearly impossible to find a parking spot that my truck would fit in."
