House worked well for large adult family with separate accommodation in the granny flat. Lovely firm beds with electric blankets. Only problem was the portable cot did not work so check before staying if needed. Otherwise excellent accommodation."

"We were very pleased with every aspect of our week long stay at Parkesbourne Farmstay. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and tidy, and facilities such as microwave, fridge,TV etc were all modern and up to date. There was a lovely verandah where you could sit and look at the farm and the sheep and cattle (and a family of ducks!) and watch the sunset. There was plenty of space for our two dogs to run around safely within a large fenced area. The hosts were very friendly and helpful....

When we arrived the house was in disgusting condition - dead insects, spiders and hairs throughout many bathrooms (see photos). I don't think it had been cleaned in weeks. Having spent nearly $6000 for the weekend, my group and I were appalled (and I was very embarrassed having booked it for the group).
