"The apt was v good- looks recently renovated. Bathroom new finish was excellent. The original building is dated n we were located on the second floor had many steps to get to it. But once in there on the balcony looking at the sea n view , all is forgotten. Kitchenette had everything needed to cook a meal. Parking under the building in allocated space. A little squeezy if car next door doesn’t park in their space"

"The location of the hotel is beautiful and serene, abundant with wildlife. The hotel itself is quite tired but you can see the potential, with a little TLC this hotel would be gorgeous. Staff were lovely and our dinner in the restaurant was delicious"

"Given the lack of other accommodation available in Port Elliot, the rate is rather high for a Youth Hostel. Room was a bit stuffy and had to keep the window open and the fan going to get rid of the musty smell. Very small ensuite and shower."

"The carpet in the Bedroom could have been cleaner as there was dust and a bit of mess around the bed area. The room with the kitchenette/basin would have been perfect if there was a hand towel rail. Other than those small issues, we were content with the value. Our stay was comfortable & I would consider it again if I was in the area in the future. Thanks for having us!"
