"We stayed 5 nights. It's a budget hostel with minimal service. No change of sheets or replacement of bath towels. The actual site of the hostel is large with great space to chill or walk around. We did enjoy the cafeteria, the lady during the evening shift was extremely kind and accommodating, she had gone above and beyond her duties, thank you. Overall, we enjoyed Santiago."

"El hotel es una propiedad antigua muy bella, rodeada de lindos jardines. Las habitaciones son cómodas, la cama muy grande y cómoda, excelente lencería y toallas. Nuestra habitación y baño tenía vistas al jardín y podías escuchar el sonido del arroyo que rodea la propiedad. Se puede caminar hasta la Catedral De Santiago, dura una hora la caminata. La comida del restaurante es sensacional !! Vale la pena probarla. La habitación es un poco oscura pero eso le da un toque antiguo también. "

"Incredible location, the staff, Natalia and the 2 Sandra’s went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and had great recommendations. We had a stunning room with an amazing view of the plaza. Super comfortable bed just one suggestion we stayed 4 nights and there was not a single drawer in the suite to put any clothes away so we ha beautiful rooms with our clothes in piles."

"Great price and very walkable to the historic area of town, if you get a city view, you can see the cathedral from the room from the top floors, loved it and would stay there again as our first choice, be prepared to walk around 10 semi hard minutes from the train station to the hotel, it’s very doable if your used to walking, otherwise, get a taxi which will probably get you there in less than 5 mins. "
